Linen Blends

Linen-Blended with Viscose, Cotton, Lyocell, and Polyester are in high demand because of their comfort, looks, and affordability. We manufacture specialty yarns such as Linen-Viscose, Viscose-Linen, Cotton-Linen, Polyester-Linen with or without  slub, neppy viscose/cotton yarn, and poly-linen-cotton-viscose in our facility.

Core-Spun Lycra

We manufacturer high-quality core-spun yarn with Lycra or Spandex to cater to the needs of customers across the world. We import Lycra filament from standard manufacturers like ‘Invista’ and ‘Creora’ and use them for their elastic properties when covered with cotton or other staple fibers like Viscose, Modal, or Tencel. Other branded spandex yarns are also available in our core yarn.

Mélange (Dyed) Yarns

Mélange yarns are the yarns that are made by a combination of two or more fibers. These fibers could either be of the same type but different colours or of entirely different types.  

Mélange Yarns can be classified into two basic types:  

  1. Blended Mélange Yarn: In this type of yarn, different fibers are mixed in a certain fixed ratio. E.g., PC blend- 50:50 or 70:30, PV blend- 80:20, CVC blend- 40:60, etc.  
  2. Non-blended Mélange Yarn: In this type of yarn, different coloured fibers of the same type are used to make the yarn. E.g., 100% cotton dyed yarn, 100% bamboo yarn etc. 

    Applications: Shirts, Slacks, Dresses, Blouses, Sportwear, denims, trousers, towels, home linens etc. Available Counts: Ne 10/1 to Ne 60/1, Single and Double Yarns, Slub Yarns, MCMT Yarns 

    Cotton polyester Blends

    Cotton is blended with many natural, semi-synthetic, and synthetic fibers to produce fabrics.  

    The ‘cotton-rich’ blends (that is, more than 50% cotton in the blend) offer more of the characteristics of cotton while other blends with variable mix ratios offer various characteristics. 

    Cotton and wool blends are known for their warmth, absorbency, body, and drape.  

    Cotton and silk blends are known for their sheen, drape and light weight. 

    Cotton and viscose blends have superior comfort, enhanced luster, higher uniformity and a softer feel. Cotton and viscose fibre are generally blended in proportions of 55/45, 65/35 70/30, and 85/15 blends.  

    Cotton and polyester blends are very popular for their excellent crease-resistance, shape retention, easy-care, and durability of polyester combined with the good absorbency and heat conduction. Fabrics of various blend ratios are available today. A blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton is common. Other blend ratios are 67/33, 70/30, 50/50, 45/55, 52/48, 80/20 of polyester and cotton respectively. A blend of 65/35 polyester and cotton produces a fabric very suitable for daily wear. In various proportions, this mix of fibers offers superior practical performance over cotton alone.

    100% Viscose/ Micro-Viscose

    Viscose yarns are manufactured by regenerating the cellulose from Viscose by way or treatment with a solution of salts and acids (electrolytes). We use our expertise to ensure quality 100% viscose yarn manufacturing. The de-humidifying feature of viscose makes it extremely suitable for printing and dyeing, enabling the colours to look brighter. Viscose is usually preferred for athleisure wear, and silky and shiny fabrics. We use our expertise to manufacture high-quality 100% Viscose yarn in our facility. 

    Applications:  Lounge Tops, Shawl Stoles, Bride Dresses, Ladies Suits, Leggings, etc. Available Counts: Ne 10/1 to Ne 60/1, Hight-Twist (36 TPI), single and double yarn, Siro Yarns, Slub Yarns and MCMT Yarns. 

    Modal / Micro-Modal

    Modal Fabrics combine the benefits of natural fibre and the softness of modern micro-forms. They are known for their brilliant colours that don’t fade even after a few washing cycles. Known for their strength, smoothness, and silk–like feeling, the fabrics made of this yarn are extremely moisture-absorbent. We manufacture high-quality modal/micro-modal yarn made of stronger fibers that give better strength and loom efficiency.  

    Applications: Innerwear, Nightwear, Tops, Formal Dresses, Towels, Home-Textiles, etc.
